2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. When you visit our website, STRATO, acting as our processor, records technically necessary data (see „Server log files“) in order to ensure the delivery and security of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable provision of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with STRATO.
3. Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are usually:

– operating system used
– referrer URL
– host name of the accessing computer
– IP address
– time and date of the server request
This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. According to the hosting provider, the log files are usually deleted after a few days, and no later than 90 days.
4. No Cookies - No Tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not embed any external services, maps, fonts or social media widgets. No tracking takes place.

If you contact us by e-mail (info@creamlovers.de) or telephone, we process your details (e.g. name, e-mail address, content of the enquiry) solely in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations conflict with deletion.
